Damien Miano
Damien Miano, co-owner of Miano Viél Salon and Spa, is a Vidal Sassoon trained stylist known for his extensive range of cutting techniques, from dry cuts to razor sculpting. His countless loyal clients rely on Damien's consistent, contemporary and always flattering cuts. In addition to his salon experience, Damien served as a National Spokesman at Unilever for 9 years.
Louis Viél
Louis Viél, co-owner of Miano Viél Salon and Spa, has a gift for hair color. Dubbed by the media as "National Makeover Expert", "Color Genius" and "One of New York's Top Four Colorists", Louis attracts an enormous clientele. Although a recognized expert in both color correction and brilliant reds, Louis' talent spans the entire color spectrum from extraordinary blondes to rich, elegant browns. Over the years, his popularity has garnered him the roles of National Spokesman at Unilever as well as Creative Director for Hair Color at Revlon, USA.
Damien and Louis joined forces in 1985 with the opening of their first salon.
By 1992 they were ready to expand into their current 5000 square foot location. For over 25 years, the talented duo has continued to establish themselves as respected experts in the beauty industry. Countless television, radio and national magazine features showcased Damien and Louis' skills. Pioneering the makeover concept, their ability to transform and enhance someone's look attracted high- profile clients from New York, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles, from socialites and actresses to high-powered executives and fashion icons.
